今週は盛岡滞在をエンジョイしなければならない事に加え、仕事以外のミーティングも多々あり忙しかったです。
労働組合の職場討議とそれに続く支部大会はその中の1つでした。春闘が近づいているので！
主な争点は現在提案されている新人事制度の導入についてです。新しい給与テーブルと評価制度が関わり、数ヵ月間に渡って話し合われています。新人事制度は一見すると給料が上がるように見えるのですが、実はそうとも限らず・・・
考えてみると前職ではいつもトップダウンで、告知がされる頃には全て決まっていました。今は同僚と共に声を上げることができるのでラッキーです。
ミーティングでは私が労働組合に勧誘した後輩も積極的に発言していました。彼女の加入以来最初のミーティングだったので、彼女がどう感じるかドキドキだったのですが、誘ってよかったなと思いました。
と言いつつ、本日の「あったずもな」
先日友人のHと女子会をしました。ほぼ伯母とHに会う為だけに弟に抗原検査してもらいました。（弟は私が痛さで泣くのを見て大笑いしていました・・・なんちゅー弟だ！）
コロナ以降久々の女子会で、思わず色めき立ちました。

It was rather busy this week, having meetings other than those of work, not to mention I had to enjoy my stay in Morioka.
Workplace Discussion and following Branch Meeting of labour union were ones of them, as Spring labour offensive is approaching.
The main topic was about proposed introduction of new human resource system. It involves with new salary table and evaluation system, and we’re arguing about this for months. The suggested new system superficially looks like a salary raise, but it actually isn’t necessarily….
Come to think of it, in previous company, it was always top down and things were already decided when announcements were made. I’m lucky now that I can raise my voice, with my colleagues.
During the meeting, a colleague, who I invited to the labour union, also actively stated her opinions. It was her first meeting after she joined, so I was wondering how she’d feel, but I’m glad that I called out to her.
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
I had girl’s night out with H the other day. I did antigen test before I go, almost just to she her and my aunt, while my brother, who ran the test, enjoyed me crying in pain (what a brother) ! As the result of the pandemic, it was the first girl’s night out menu I encountered for the first time in a long time, and I got rather excited.
