I feel as if I am a criminal as CO2 pollutor like Taylor Swift. I have to confess that I’ve talked to generative AIs hundreds of times. According to the AI, one talk consumes electricity that equivalents to a few hours of charging smartphone. I heard ones of the latest daily use of AI are seeking relationship advice and fortune telling.

After all, I seem to be a cutting-edge person….
After using loads, I really found AI’s just a bit clever calculator, as Osawa-sensei said. Yes, he said that a long time go!
Maybe at this video?

Their ‘words’ seem to be the combination of the A dash of what I inputted =A.
Let’s not think that my refraining from using AI doesn’t count, compared with the amount AI is used in the world….
‘Everybody’s doing it.’ ‘My tiny action doesn’t change anything’ way of thinking doesn’t help making the world better.
Still, I can’t deny it’s sometimes useful for me, who needs very long empathic listening to analyse things in front of me and organise thoughts.
Therefore I decided to make prompt as efficient as possible to reduce number of time asking AI. Also I try to choose simple search rather than asking AI whenever possible.
Also my priority for AI use is sakana chat (tries to develop AI with efficiency, rather than taking granted the huge use of energy) > Gemini (Google aims to replace its energy source with renewable energy) >Chat GPT (officially claims to increase server by use of nuclear power plants), though it’s sometimes hard as clearly currently Chat GPT is the cleverest and meets my needs the most….
Well but now it’s more of the time to action rather than analysing and thinking anyway, so I think I can use much less…!
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
My mother is back after more than a week of hospitalisation. From dictation and diagnosis to recovery, it was more than 2 months of journey… but finally she’s nearly back to the normal life. How blessed to stay safe and healthy.
We went to watch the Royal Ballet stage on the day she discharged. How powerful…. Still, we couldn’t wait for Marianela at the entrance after the show and just went back.
