Had not the May Day march cancelled due to the bad weather, it could have been four times, but I still joined protest activities three times this April and May.
One is a relatively small pen light protest gathering in Shinjuku, and another is relatively huge protest activity in front of the National Diet Building (it’s held monthly and around 30,000 people gathered when I joined), and the the protest march as part of the annual Constitution Day gathering, in witch 50,000 people attended this year in Ariake.
Attending protest activities might look like something not really has power to protect society, but actually it is, according to the Saruta-san, the head of New Diplomacy Initiative, to which I subscribed membership.

The situation, in which active protests is needed is not good, but since being able to attend protest activities means that I have energy, a little time and room for such activities, I appreciate that.
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
Today’s blog title (Japanese) is a bit of homage for manga by Fusako Kuramochi, ‘Encore ga Sankai’ meaning three encores.
Although it wasn’t my favourite among her works, I like all her works in general.
