春ですね。春といえば、春闘です。私の所属する労働組合も、今、会社との交渉の最終局面を迎えている。
幸い、私の所属する労働組合は、会社と過度な敵対関係にあるわけではないながらも、比較的強く、闘う労働組合です。
ですので、関生（連帯ユニオン関西生コン支部）に対する労働組合弾圧に関するドキュメンタリーを見てショックを受けました。労働組合弾圧は過去のことだと思っていましたが、明らかに違いました。
労働組合の活動として一般的な団体交渉やストライキを行っていただけなのに、80人以上の労働組合員が不当に逮捕・拘留されました。そのうちの何人かは訴訟で闘うことを決意し、実際に勝訴もしていますが、未だに不当な求刑と戦っている人もいます。そしてこうした事はほとんど報道されていません。
企業別労働組合よりも、関生のような産業別労働組合が必要だと宮台先生は強調しています。私たち労働者は共に闘うべきです。弾圧は許されません！

アニメ以外は日本のテレビ番組をほとんど見ないのですが、上記のドキュメンタリーに加えて、先月はコメディドラマシリーズを見ていて、すごく良かったです！宮藤官九郎の『不適切にもほどがある！』。笑いあり涙ありで、とても面白かったです！
このドラマにはナポリタンがよく出てくるので、ドラマの世界に浸る為お昼はナポリタンにしました。

It’s Spring. Spring of Shunto (spring wage offensive). The labour union I’m in is also in the final phase of the negotiation with the company now.
I’m fortunate that the labour union I belong to is a relatively strong, fighting labour union, while having not overly hostile relation with the company.
So I was shocked to watch the documentary about the labour union suppression of the Kannama (labour union of truck-mixer drivers). I thought labour union suppression was something in the past, but it’s clearly not.
Over 80 of labour union members were unjustly arrested and detained. They were just doing the collective bargaining and strikes, the standard means for labour unions. Some of them decided to fight for the lawsuits. Some actually won, and some still forced to continue this wrongful lawsuit, but all these facts were barely broadcasted….
Industrial union like Kannama, is what Miyadai-sensei emphasises is needed, more than the enterprise labor unions. We all the workers should fight together. Oppression cannot be tolerated!
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
I rarely watch Japanese tv programmes other than anime, but in addition to the documentary above, I watched a comedy drama series last month, and I loved it. “Extremely Inappropriate!” is written by the famous screenwriter Kankuro Kudo. It’s, so, funny. A lots of fun and tears.
Neapolitan spaghetti appears quite often in this drama. I also had one for my lunch, to enjoy the world of this drama.
