I joined the May Day event today.
I did the caller last year, so I wasn’t supposed to do it this year, but I was suddenly asked to do it again this morning, as there wasn’t enough number of attendees from our Labour Union.
… well, since the caller is a fun thing to do, and that meant that I was lucky not to have been caught in the rain today (it was rainy and cold today!), I was glad that I could do the caller on the car, but it’s a problem that many people were absent from the May Day event… The number of members of the Labour Union itself is not plenty either, and majority of other Labour Unions from the same industry faces the same problem…. We workers of the the world, must unite! …So we’ve got to increase members somehow.
The social among the labour unions within the industry after the march was also quite fun as usual, though I’m rather an outsider for the film industry.
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
I’ve mentioned about our Tomo’s recital in Kochi already, but haven’t mentioned the one in Osaka held before that yet. We weren’t supposed to go there as the schedule was too tight, but since I tend to make myself even busier when I’m super busy (is it a kind of runner’s high?), mother and I suddenly decided to go just the day before.
And we’re glad we went. It was one of the best recitals of this season. As mentioned, I like the Symphony Hall’s classical atmosphere.
Its acoustic was also very good.
