この本は、自作の詩や詞と共に、彼の物語を伝えてくれます。
底なしに強く優しい今日の彼を作ったものは、苦難の日々ではなく、その中で触れた支援者たちの心だったと彼は言います。それと彼が獄中で身に着けた読書。
彼は、不運な人は不幸な人ではないと言います。
映画「東京クルド」を観た時も同じような感覚を覚えました。

逆境の中にあっても負けずに最善の人生を歩もうとする人々を目撃すると、ほとんどの私の悩み、失望、苛立ちなんかは些細な事だと感じます。
恥ずかしながら私は読書量が少なく、本を読みながらだばだばと泣いたのはこれが初めてでした。
宮台先生がどこかで言っていましたが、読書をすると人はリベラルになるんだとか。私は何でリベラルになったのか、全くもって謎です。
本の中の詩も、とても心に響きました。かつて、詩を楽しめるようになりたいと思い、イギリスの有名詩人、キーツ先輩の詩に挑戦した事がありましたが、あっという間に挫折してしまいました。やっぱり賢治先輩の詩で再挑戦しようかな・・・。
と言いつつ、本日の「あったずもな」
「鬼滅の刃 遊郭編」が最終回を迎え、私にとって今期は残るところ「進撃の巨人」だけです。
遊郭編はこれまでのシリーズ同様、とても良かったです。「鬼滅の刃楽しめないんだよね」と言っていた友達も遊郭編は楽しめたと言っていたのでそれも良かったです。『鬼滅の刃』は原作は読んでいないのですが、公式ファンブックだけ買ってます。でもネタバレにならないようまだあまり見ていません。
次のシーズンはいつなんでしょう？春シーズンは何を観たらよいのかしらん・・・
「進撃の巨人」といえば、今のところ私はイエーガー兄弟に世界一迷惑な兄弟という称号を与えてます。最後まで目が離せませんね。
This is a book written by Shoji Sakurai, who is the victim of wrongful conviction, 29 years in jail and 44 years accused of a crime of innocence. (Title is my translation.)

This book tells his story, together with the poems and lyrics he wrote.
What made him today, incredibly strong and deeply kind, was not the hard days themselves but the hearts of people who supported him, he said. Also the reading habit he acquired in jail.
He says, unlucky person is not unhappy person.
I felt similar to when I watched the film TOKYO KURDS.

When I witness people who are in adversity are resilient and try their best to live their lives, I feel most of my worries, disappointments and irritations are trivial.
It was the first book draw out many tears from me while reading, as I’ve only read limited number of books, I’m ashamed to say.
Miyadai-sensei said somewhere that people read books become liberal. I wonder why I’ve become liberal.
The poems also come to my heart. Once I wanted to enjoy poems and tried poem of another ‘senpai (alumni)’, Keats, the famous English poet. But gave up after a few…. perhaps I’ll try again, with Kenji senpai’s poem….
Having said that, today’s ‘time for that’
Anime Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc is over now, and only Attack on Titan is left for me for this season.
This arc was as good as the precedent ones, and glad that one of my friend, who previously said that she couldn’t enjoy Demon Slayer, also enjoyed watching. As for the books, I haven’t read and only watch the anime version, but purchased its official fan book. Still haven’t really gone through, as it must have many spoilers here and there for me.
When’s the next season?! I wonder what I should watch this Spring season…
Speaking of Attack on Titan, so far, I accredited Yeager brothers as the most troublesome brothers in the world. Can’t take off my eyes until the final episode.
